Joe Sullivan, former CSO at Uber, Facebook & Cloudflare

Joe is the CEO of Ukraine Friends and runs his own security consulting firm, Joe Sullivan Security LLC, where he helps companies develop security best practices, advises security startups on product and market opportunities, and mentors executives. He has spent 20 years working in executive roles at technology companies, including serving as the Chief Security Officer at Cloudflare, Uber, and Facebook. Prior to his CSO roles, Joe held senior legal positions at eBay and PayPal. Before making the switch to the corporate sector, Joe served 8 years with the United States Department of Justice and was a founding member of a unit dedicated to prosecuting cyber crimes. In 2016, President Obama appointed Joe a Commissioner on his cybersecurity commission.

Michael Piacente, Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Hitch Partners

Michael Piacente is a cofounder and managing partner at Hitch Partners, a global executive search firm specializing in information security, information technology, business technology, and product roles. With two decades of experience in executive recruiting, Michael and his team have successfully placed numerous CISOs, CIOs, technology executives, and board members.

Beyond his executive search work, Michael serves as a board advisor for several security startups and is actively involved in several nonprofit organizations. Prior to founding Hitch Partners, he held IT positions in enterprise storage and data center infrastructure operations. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Michael brings a unique blend of industry expertise and executive search acumen to his role.

Andy Lunsford, CEO & Co-Founder at BreachRx

Andy is CEO and Founder of BreachRx, a technology company that automates privacy incident and breach response. Prior to founding BreachRx, Andy spent 15 years working in privacy law and large-scale commercial litigation. Andy has a BA from Washington and Lee University, a JD from the University of Arkansas, and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
